Preparation and injection workshops for liquid alternative fuels
Liquid waste with high and low flash points, reception, mixing, homogenization, storage and injection into the main burner of the cement kiln.

Feeding installations of cement kilns with solid alternative fuels
Storage, extraction, dosing, handling and injection of : Impregnated sawdust, animal meal, fluff…at the main burner. Whole tires, heavy shredded solid fuels, sludge…at furnace inlet. Shredded tires, light solid fuels…to precalciner.
- Installation to feed the main burner with animal meal, impregnated sawdust and plastic pellets.
- Feeding of the main burner and precalciner with industrial “fluff” type fuels with a grain size of 0-20 mm at a rate of 4/5 T/h.
- Feeding at 5 T/h of solid alternative fuels at furnace inlet via a double-flap valve
- Feeding of whole tires to the cement kiln inlet at a flow rate of 3 to 4 T/h, via a double flap valve – tire handling by roller tables
- Feeding of the precalciner with shredded alternative fuels: wood, cardboard, paper, carpet, textiles, plastics, rubber with a particle size of 0-50 mm at a throughput rate of 15 T/h.
Feeding installations cement kilns with alternative muddy-pasty fuels
- Stations for receiving, dosing, transferring and feeding various types of sludge with a particle size of < 50 mm, potentially hazardous products, to the cement kiln inlet at a flow rate of 5 m³/h. Installation complies with Atex standards.
